• Promo codes cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.

• Promo does not apply to customers with contract pricing.

• Certain brands or items may be excluded due to manufacturer or inventory restrictions (e.g. backordered or reserved items).

• Discount does not apply to shipping, handling, or surcharges unless explicitly stated in the promotion.

Contract Customers

If you have a pre-negotiated or contract-based price agreement:

• The promo code will not override your existing pricing.

• Orders placed using the code may be reviewed and adjusted by customer service before invoicing.

Additional Details

• Final pricing, including discounts and surcharges, will be reflected on your invoice, not the order confirmation email.
