Office

  

The office is composed of five divisions; Accounting, Customer Service, Marketing, Purchasing and Sales. 

 

GENERAL CUSTOMER SERVICE TASKS

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

•    Provide professional phone services for either inbound or outbound calls
•    Process account set up via data entry; generate appropriate documentation, note special instructions
•    Receives customer orders and completes the appropriate paperwork, including proofing for accuracy
•    Develops adequate product knowledge to assist the customer with purchases
•    Develop adequate procedural knowledge to handle basic customer complaints (credits and returns)
•    Provides verification of shipments or order status when requested by customers or sales reps
•    Complete accurate and data entry in a timely manner to maintain current database programs
•    Required to follow all company policies as stated in the employee handbook
•    Maintains interaction with coworkers regarding account information and unusual processing needs
•    May assist in proofing catalogs
•    May assist in cross-training other Customer Service personnel
•    Must be able to work in a team environment
•    May be asked to provide organizational support for assigned projects
•    Dependable and prompt attendance
